Bill Flusche, CEO/Founder

Bill Flusche’, founder and CEO of BDF Property Solutions LLC, is a roll up your sleeves and get involved kind of guy. In his previous life, he managed operations for a large national wholesaler and was very successful in his 31-year career. From scheduling and budgeting, to planning and marketing, he did it all. Bill was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, where his family still resides. Bill studied business at Phoenix College, then enlisted in the United States Navy and served four years on active duty. He has always enjoyed working with his hands, and has done many renovations in his own homes. Now retired and with a lot of ambition, Bill has taken all the information that he has acquired, and with his firsthand knowledge of the process of renovating, has opened his own business as a property investor. BDF Property Solutions purchases, sells, rehabs and invests property in four states, and continues to expand. Bill has found success in rental properties, and is currently working on renovation of a single-family home to sell in Arizona, with more in the works. Bill has volunteered extensively with the Children’s Miracle Network. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, woodworking, antiquing, and especially working in the yard. BDF Property Solutions LLC, is one way we can give back to the community.
